Introduction of facilities

An environment for learning is always available because a range of students are been enrolled, ranging from working students to new university graduates. An improved level of equipment and facilities are provided to support your life at the school.

Library

Library

n addition to professional materials that cover information relating to the classes, a large number of business books are also provided. Using the dedicated computers, it is also possible to access electronic journals. The hours are from 9:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and from 9:00 to 19:00 on Saturdays.

Lecture room

Lecture room

The lecture theaters are used mainly for face-to-face tuition. A power outlet for a personal computer is provided at each seat and there is a wireless LAN. The facilities enable students to bring their notebook computers to the lecture. These facilities, together with the ceiling projector and screen, make it possible to give a presentation in each lecture.

Seminar room

There are four seminar rooms that can each accommodate approximately 20 people. (It is also possible to combine two rooms to make a larger room.) (A wireless LAN is provided.) The rooms are used for group work meetings for each lecture or an exercise undertaken by a small group of students.

Study hall

Study hall

Three student study halls, equipped with personal computers that can be connected to a wireless LAN, have been installed as dedicated facilities to provide a self-study environment for the students. The hours are from 9:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 9:00 to 19:00 on Saturdays.

PC room

The PC room is used for lectures and exercises using computers. The room is equipped with 72 personal computers.
The computers are provided for the use of all students so they can make the most of various Internet resources, such as e-mail.

Server experiment room

Server experiment room

The server room is an experimental laboratory that allows students to experience network development and database development. Using the multiple server machines installed in the rack, the students are able to develop a system freely by themselves. These machines are for use in the special exercises for the information systems course given in the second year as well as the special exercises for network development and database development.

Designer's Lab

Designer's Lab

The Designer's Lab is equipped with three-dimensional measuring instruments and three-dimensional printers. These devices are used in the exercises for the Master Program of Innovation for Design and Engineering.

PBL laboratory

The PBL laboratory is equipped with eight booths that can be used for PBL meetings and other types of meetings.
Lockers for each team, shared copy machines, and other facilities are installed.

Tokyo Yumekobo

Tokyo Yumekobo

The Tokyo Yumekobo, currently under construction, is intended to be used with PBL as well as for exercises and presentations. According to the plans, tables, whiteboards and lockers for meetings are to be installed. In addition, spaces to encourage students' unrestrained thinking and workshops equipped with work tables and apparatus are to be provided.
