Library

In addition to specialized materials that cover information related to classes, the library houses a large number of business books as useful practical tools. Using dedicated computers, the library makes it possible to access electronic journals. Library hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays.

Classrooms

Classrooms

The classrooms are equipped with power outlets for personal computers and wireless LAN, so that students can bring in their own laptops to lectures. The rooms can be used for presentations by using a ceiling projector and screen.

Besides a computer room equipped with 72 computers, a CAD room has a color poster printer capable of printing B0 and A0-sized paper. There are also lecture rooms used for lecture-style classes.

Seminar Rooms

Seminar Rooms

The four seminar rooms can each accommodate approximately 20 people. (Two rooms can be combined to use as a larger room.) A wireless LAN is also provided. The rooms are used for group meetings for each lecture or exercises undertaken by a small group of students.

Study Hall

Study Hall

Three student study halls, including one room for individual use and two rooms for group use, are equipped with connections to a wireless LAN, and the dedicated facilities provide a self-study environment for students. The hours for an individual room are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays (during the course term). The rooms for groups can be used at any time from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. upon request by the day before (except for days during special events and under construction).

Server Experiment Room

Server Experiment Room

The server room is an experimental laboratory that gives students experience in network development and database development. Using the multiple rack-mounted servers, the students can develop a system freely by themselves. These machines are for use in the special exercises for the second course in network systems as well as the special exercises for database development.

Designer's Lab

Designer's Lab

The Designer's Lab is equipped with three-dimensional measuring instruments and three-dimensional printers. These devices are used in exercises for the Master Program of Innovation for Design and Engineering.

PBL Laboratory

PBL Laboratory

The PBL laboratory is equipped with five booths for PBL exercises and meetings. Lockers for each team, shared copy machines, and other facilities are available.

Tokyo Yumekobo, meaning literally Dream Studio/Factory

Tokyo Yumekobo, meaning literally Dream Studio/Factory

Tokyo Yumekobo offers meeting booths separated by whiteboard partitions, workshops, paint booths, photography studio, NC machine tools, and clay booths on a spacious floor. Students use it to freely generate ideas and as a place for PBL, exercises, and presentations.
